While the pastry chefs and patissiers continue to add exquisite new creations to their long-standing and much admired recipes, the Grand Restaurant has found its identity both with our own native European dishes, and top class Asian food. At the same table one guest can savour the much-loved Zurich style veal schnitzel, while another selects delicacies from a main menu featuring Chinese and Thai dishes. Our chef Adrian Frieden and his team will spil you with a fresh, innovative style. Our menu features a mix of Swiss specialities, modern fare, Asian cuisine, as well as traditional favorites. We use seasonal and regional products as much as possible. The quality of our ingredients is our most important priority.
